Business Development Manager
- We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will lead initiatives to engage with potential partners to build new business and generate revenue for the company.
- This candidate should be able to think critically and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Generate valuable leads from different portals such as Upwork, Freelance, Guru, LinkedIn, and via Mass Mails, Cold Calling.
- Grow new and existing accounts and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish to deliver of customized business solutions.
- Educate clients of all sizes on our value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Identify and implement innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings.
- Understand the queries and concerns raised by the potential customers and use a creative sales approach to pitch them our services
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients
- Increase the value to current customers while attracting new ones.
- Create proposals, and write quotes for clients, and arrange business meetings.
- Develop goals for the internal teams and ensure they are met.
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must have 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related sales/ marketing or business development experience.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and IT fluency (Emerging Technologies).
- Must have hands-on experience with Blockchain projects.
- Must possess proven experience in the execution of successful development strategies.
- Should be focused and goal-oriented.
- Flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Is willing to visit various clients as per the business requirement.
- Is willing to work in different time zones.
